Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada and the European Union.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time: United States and Canada: 7-12 business days. European Union: 8-14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Tracking: once your order ships, we send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Multiple packages: some items may ship separately from different warehouses. You may receive more than one package for a single order.

Customs and duties: orders to the US, Canada and EU usually arrive without extra fees. If your local customs charges any import fees, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or late packages: if your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at todadzelasha3@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address: please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
