30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Smartdaily order. If you are not happy with it, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all included parts and accessories.

Damaged or defective items: if your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.

How to start a return: email us at todadzelasha3@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For damaged or wrong items, we cover all costs.

Refunds: once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

EU customers: you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.
